One of Manchester's best-kept nightlife secrets... Metro’s Sports & Social Club in Stretford has been bringing people together for generations.
Tucked away in plain sight, it’s a proper social club, and has been serving the community of Stretford since 1906.
Dancefloors, bars, character... and a LOT more going on than first meets the eye.
In 2026, Nite School joined forces with Metro’s to bring a new chapter of nightlife to the club - connecting its longstanding community with a new generation of dancers, DJs and music lovers.
Together, we are putting on genre-spanning parties, bringing international artists and local talent into a wonderfully unpretentious setting.
NO: VIP areas.
NO: unnecessary fuss.
ONLY: good music, good people... and a social club doing what social clubs have always done best.
A little bit of Stretford magic, hiding in plain sight.
